I offer a bespoke coaching service to a select number of clients.
I have been coaching since 2010.
Taking the step to ask for coaching can be intimidating. You may be unsure whether you're 'good enough' for a coach. Whether a coach will actually help your athletic goals. Even sharing your goals can be intimidating.
Don't worry. I'm here to help. If you're considering a coach, the next step is to find out if I'm the right person to help you reach your goals (or, firstly, to work out what your goals are).
Myths:
- you have to be fast to have a coach
- you need a really clear idea of what you want to achieve
I am endlessly enthusiastic about training and people who want to improve their performance. Together, we can work out a plan that works for you - regardless of the level you're currently at.
My coaching focuses on achieving that ever elusive component in the modern life; balance. I won't give you 30 hours training a week if you've only got time for 7. I believe you can get very fast on 7 hours of training a week.
I have recovered from injury more times than I like to remember; some of the times I literally can't remember (a fractured skull will do that to you). Regardless I can help you on the road to recovery if that's what you need.
I'm also happy to provide a coaching service for people who want to improve their fitness but don't want to race - I'm a Strava addict so there will be no judgement from me regarding what races you've done or want to do.
Each person will receive the service that is right for them and prices will vary accordingly. Please get in touch using my contact form for a no-stress no-pressure chat about what I could for you.
cyclistI've coached cyclists for time trialling, road racing and gran fondos. Whatever your level I'm happy to share my wealth of experience with you to improve your cycling.

triathleteMy transition to triathlon from cycling meant I needed to improve my swimming and running pronto. I can share the training methods that worked for me to ensure you're at the top of your game.
